Website listings are invitations to inquire and do not by themselves create a binding sale. Availability, price and transaction terms remain subject to confirmation by Legacy Timepiece Co.

Pre-owned watches

Unless expressly stated otherwise, watches are pre-owned and may show wear. The written listing and transaction documents describe the watch, included items, known modifications, and applicable purchase terms.

Brand independence

Legacy Timepiece Co. is an independent pre-owned watch dealer. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or an authorized dealer for Rolex or the other manufacturers whose watches we offer. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Shipping, returns and payment

Specific payment, shipping, insurance, inspection, return and refund terms must be confirmed in writing for each transaction before payment. Do not ship a watch to Legacy without written shipping instructions.

Consignment

No consignment is accepted without a separate signed consignment agreement defining pricing, commission, custody, insurance, duration, payout and return procedures.
